The Caterpillar
Next time will be forever
I promised myself
but now that moment is here
where it presents itself
wrapped in wants and needs
I didn’t know were mine
maybe this is more important
than the missing butterflies
It’s different than I imagined
but maybe that’s good
in stage of the caterpillar
and not yet understood
I put so much pressure on whoever was going to be my next boyfriend. Cause I didn’t just want a boyfriend, I wanted a life partner, a forever partner who I was gonna grow old with. So the next one, was supposed to me my last. And I can tell you, that pust a lot of pressure on any new relationship.
