Wine Country, Argentina
Our journey through Argentina’s wine country was busy, full of life, and above all: a lot of fun! We started in Cafayate, where we visited three wineries. The sun was out, the vineyards were glowing, and the vines were surrounded by cacti. What a beautiful view. From there, we drove down Ruta 40 to Mendoza, where the scenery changed completely. We were lucky: it was still sunny and warm, but the mountains in the distance were capped with snow, which made for some incredible photos. In Mendoza, we visited three more wineries, including a special birthday visit to Salentein Winery. We spent two nights in a hotel overlooking the vineyards, with a private tour and, of course, a wine tasting.
