here I am
listening to love songs
to poetry that makes my heart cry
and who knows why
I feel fine, I am okay
no heartache, no big loss
no mention of the wrong name, like ross
but I am a little sad
am I going mad?

I promise you,
my heart feels full
I don’t feel lonely,
I think
but what if I am
missing someone who knows me
