A Storm

I came to the ocean
to find my calm
but just like me
there seems to be a storm

Waves are crashing 
in four different directions
fighting for space
breaking the other
but all is water

All is the same
thoughts and emotions
fear and peace
try to observe
when a wave curves
and the tide comes in

there’s no way to win
